A native of France, Philippe is a motivated and passionate
individual with a hands-on approach to business. After
graduating from The Culinary School of Paris, his career
took off in the high-end hospitality industry in Europe. In
1989 Philippe moved to Washington D.C. were he was the
youngest manager for the upscale Ritz Carlton Hotel. His
work frequently took him between Washington D.C., New York
and Miami helping him build an extensive network of
international contacts. Philippe’s access to high-profile
clientele coupled with his comprehensive knowledge of target
“Hot Spots” in three major cities put him at the forefront
of exclusive real estate opportunities. Nearly 13 years
later, Philippe’s keen negotiation skills and reputation for
providing exceptional customer service has earned him the
trust of his clients. He manages investments for domestic
and international clients in a range of properties including
